Biography

Neil joined the AgriBank Treasury Transfer Pricing Group in 2006 focusing on the design and implementation of the Funds Pricing System. In December 2013 he began leading the Transfer Pricing and Lending Products team with responsibility for managing Wholesale Product Pricing, Fees, Product Development and the Funds Pricing System. Prior to joining Treasury, Neil worked in a variety of areas within AgriBank including the Payroll and Benefits group during the Farm Credit Foundations Benefits consolidation, the Market Research and Development group developing credit scorecards for the District and for the St. Paul Bank for Cooperatives providing crop input financing to borrowers through their local input suppliers. Neil has been with Farm Credit for over 25 years.Neil holds a BA in Finance from Concordia University (St. Paul, MN) and a MBA with concentration in Financial Services Management from the University of St. Thomas (St. Paul, MN).
