Biography
Rick joined FCS Financial in October 2023 as their Chief Financial Officer. Prior to that, Rick was VP Accounting Operations at Compeer Financial starting in July 2017. Prior to that, he served in several finance roles for AgStar Financial Services, a predecessor association to Compeer, dating back to 2003. Rick graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato in December 2002 with a BS in Accounting and holds an active CPA license in the state of Minnesota. He also graduated from the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin, Madison in 2010.
