With more than 20 years of experience in learning, coaching and organizational development across multiple industries, Jess Langenberg is dedicated to helping individuals and teams unlock their potential. Her career spans roles as a trainer, consultant, executive coach and leadership specialist - giving her a uniquely practical perspective on how people grow and organizations thrive.
She currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Organizational Enablement for AgCountry Farm Credit, Farm Credit Services of America and Frontier Farm Credit. In this role she leads the teams managing communications, community impact, meetings and events, and organizational development - work that centers on equipping people with the clarity, capability and confidence to perform at their best.
