Marsha Thompson is Organizational Development Manager at Farm Credit Mid America with over 30 years of experience helping individuals and teams grow and perform at their best. Throughout her career, Marsha has focused on developing leadership capability across all levels of the association, with a particular passion for helping emerging and new leaders successfully transition into their roles.
Marsha views leadership development as a calling, grounded in her belief that leadership has a direct impact on the quality of people’s lives at work. Her work centers on building cultures where leaders model the way, foster trust, and create the clarity and ownership individuals need to do meaningful work and perform at a high level.
Marsha earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology at Western Kentucky University and a master’s degree in human resource development at Vanderbilt University.
