Steve is an Executive Leadership Coach for Farm Credit Mid-America focusing on those in a leader of leaders role. His goal is simple, help leaders become the best leader possible, while they develop those leaders around them.
Steve brings more than 35 years of leadership experience -- leading teams in sales, marketing, learning and development, and customer experience. Prior to joining Farm Credit Mid-America in 2020, he worked as a consultant in a variety of industries serving the leadership development space as a master trainer and facilitator for Crucial Learning.
Steve attended Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and earned a bachelor's degree in business. He holds multiple coaching and trainer certifications.
