Biography

Elizabeth Benefield is General Counsel and SOCO at AgGeorgia Farm Credit, ACA. Previously, Elizabeth served as Senior Counsel to AgFirst Farm Credit Bank and General Counsel for legacy Carolina Farm Credit. In these roles, Elizabeth has advised and counseled on substantially all legal matters for Farm Credit lending institutions, including custom loan documentation, loan origination systems, and borrower rights. She also enjoys being a presenter at Farm Credit University training events.
