Laura Anderson serves as Senior Director of Education & Programs for the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA), where she leads the strategic development and delivery of national education initiatives for rural property professionals.
In her role, Laura is responsible for overseeing ASFMRA’s comprehensive education portfolio, including curriculum design, credential pathways, and regulatory compliance. She works closely with chapter leaders, instructors, and industry stakeholders to ensure that programs meet the evolving needs of members while adhering to complex licensing requirements. Her leadership has supported the expansion of flexible learning formats, balancing in-person engagement with online and hybrid delivery to increase accessibility and impact.
Laura brings a strong background in education strategy, program innovation, and stakeholder engagement. She is deeply involved in aligning course offerings with professional competencies, mapping content to credentialing requirements, and evaluating emerging trends in adult learning, including microlearning and technology-enabled instruction.
