Maureen Mahoney is the Director of Education at the Appraisal Institute, where she leads a team that designs and delivers education programs for real estate appraisers navigating a rapidly evolving professional landscape. She is the creator of "AI on AI" (Artificial Intelligence on the Appraisal Institute), a first-of-its-kind, multi-session live curriculum helping appraisers understand and apply AI tools in their practice.
With over 15 years in learning and development across multiple national professional associations, Maureen has launched eLearning platforms, built professional development programming, and led curriculum innovation. She began her career as a television news producer, an experience that shaped her instinct for making complex topics accessible and actionable.
Maureen is based in the Chicago area and holds a deep belief that the right education, delivered the right way, can re-energize any profession.
