Randall Kyles is a native of Southeast Alabama and currently resides in Enterprise, Alabama. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Troy State University and began his career with First South Farm Credit immediately after graduation as a loan officer. Shortly thereafter, he transitioned into the appraisal department and currently serves as Vice President of Collateral Valuation.
Randall holds Certified General Real Property Appraiser licenses in Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, and Louisiana. He has earned the Accredited Rural Appraiser (ARA) accreditation from the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA) and the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute.
With more than 20 years of appraisal experience, Randall specializes in the valuation of agricultural and rural properties. His extensive knowledge of agricultural real estate markets, combined with his lending and valuation expertise, enables him to provide credible, well-supported valuations across a broad range of property types throughout the Southeast.
His professional focus includes agricultural land, rural properties, recreational tracts, and other specialized real estate assets, serving the needs of lenders, landowners, and stakeholders with accuracy and integrity.
