This session equips sales leaders with practical coaching strategies to help teams navigate uncertainty, embrace new ways of working, and sustain performance through shifting priorities, tools, and market conditions. Participants will learn how to coach mindset and behavior (not just activity), reduce resistance, and reinforce new practices in ways that build confidence, accountability, and long-term effectiveness—even when teams feel stretched or unsettled.
