Building on the productive tensions explored earlier, participants will work through real scenarios to examine how SystemX ideas show up in practice. Through facilitated exercises and peer exchange, participants will explore practical next steps worth testing and pressure-test assumptions with others navigating similar challenges.
The emphasis is on clarity and forward movement, helping participants leave with insights they can continue to explore with their teams.
