The Conference meetings will take place at the Henry Ford Museum of American Innovation Complex in Lovett Hall. Participants are encouraged to stay at a nearby hotel, The Henry - Autograph Collection Hotel, where discounted sleeping rooms are available. Complimentary shuttle service will be provided at the beginning and end of each day's session between Lovett Hall and The Henry.

On-site parking at The Henry is complimentary.
Check-in: 4 p.m.
Check-out: 11 p.m.
In the event a guest who has requested a room within your block checks out prior to the guest's reserved checkout date, the hotel will add an early checkout fee in the amount equal to one night room and tax to that guest's individual account. Guests wishing to avoid an early checkout fee should advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay. The hotel will inform members of your group of this potential charge upon check-in and requests that you also inform you attendees of this obligation. The hotel will deduct any collected early departure fees from
the amount you may owe as performance damages.
Any guaranteed reservation that is cancelled less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to arrival will be subject to one (1) night guestroom plus tax cancellation fee. Additionally, any reservations that arrive after the scheduled arrival date will be considered a “no show” and a charge of one (1) night guestroom plus tax cancellation fee will be posted to the individual Attendee’s credit card on file.
