Biography

Rebecca has held multiple roles in three different Associations over her 23 years of service with Farm Credit. After spending 17 years as a commercial field lender and relationship/regional branch manager, she moved into project management, focused on improving efficiencies for credit delivery and function. Rebecca now serves as SVP, Director of Business Solutions at AgSouth Farm Credit, covering NC, SC, and GA. The newly formed Business Solutions team consists of cross functional experts, who specialize in handling tasks ranging from the recent technical merger of two legacy Farm Credits into AgSouth, to an ongoing extensive Digital Transformation project. Prior to Farm Credit, she was a Territory Sales Manager with Cargill's Animal Nutrition Division. Rebecca resides in the North Carolina Sandhills region on a family farm with her husband and 2 teenagers.
