Christy Smith is the Senior Vice President, Director of Marketing for AgSouth Farm Credit. Christy has been with AgSouth for 17 years and is based out of their Statesboro, Georgia office. The Marketing team at AgSouth is committed to serving as innovative leaders with a mission to support our people with compassion and integrity. The foundation of the team is centered around building relationships with the lenders and the customers we support and serve. Christy is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Journalism and Mass Communication with an emphasis on marketing and public relations. She worked with a marketing agency for six years prior to coming to Farm Credit. Outside of marketing and supporting farmers and rural living, Christy’s passions are her kids; 17 year old son, Colby and 14 year old daughter Courtney.
