Mike Niesyto is a Regional Vice President of Sales & Customer Relations at GreenStone FCS, where he leads a team of Country Living Loan Officers serving customers throughout Michigan. With 15 years of experience in various roles at GreenStone, Mike has a broad perspective on sales, lending, and leadership.
A key part of Mike’s leadership philosophy is challenging the team to continually evaluate what they do today and how those decisions will impact where they want to be tomorrow. He encourages his teams to think beyond the daily demands and consider how today’s actions can influence their goals next month, next year, and even five years into the future.
Mike believes great leadership is about creating a culture where people are empowered to think differently, take ownership, and continually strive to be better than they were yesterday.
