With over two decades of experience, Oscar Subirats has journeyed from the ground level of sales to building and leading a multinational corporation, inspiring countless professionals. As the driving force behind the Ask, Don’t Tell framework, Oscar’s mission is to empower salespeople who feel stuck or limited by traditional tactics, equipping them with a powerful, consultative approach that prioritizes human connection over rigid sales techniques.

Oscar’s unique methodology breaks down the barriers of outdated sales practices, transforming regular salespeople into highly effective professionals who excel by genuinely connecting, asking insightful questions, and creating real trust. With his step-by-step process, Oscar enables non-salespeople and technical experts to leverage their strengths, close more deals, and take control of their careers—without losing their authentic, problem-solving nature.

Born in Mexico City and raised in Texas, Oscar set the foundation for his career through his family’s values of resilience and adaptability. A graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where he competed in Division 1 tennis, he launched his first company into Latin America, later building a thriving global career that has taken him across the U.S. and beyond.

Through his speaking, teaching, and writing, Oscar champions the belief that family, joy, faith, and financial success can all be achieved harmoniously—empowering others to break through their perceived limits and redefine their paths in sales.
