FCCS is pleased to welcome Nicole Brusewitz as our Vice President of Leadership Development, Learning & Consulting Services. Nicole and her team develop and execute strategically crafted leadership development and learning programs to meet evolving and future cooperative needs. She focuses on identifying and developing skill sets that will help cooperative leaders and employees be prepared to thrive in the future.
Nicole brings 16 years of financial cooperative experience to FCCS, most recently with GoWest Credit Union Association, where as Chief Engagement Officer she created and implemented data-driven talent development and leadership programs. Prior to that, she was Senior Vice President of Strategic Development and Learning for Mountain
West Credit Union Association where she led a high-performing team responsible for researching, building and launching cutting-edge talent development programs. She was also an adjunct professor at the John F. Kennedy University Graduate School of Holistic Studies.
“The common thread throughout my career is a passion for designing meaningful experiences that support professional growth,” says Nicole. “I enjoy designing programs that meet each individual where they are in their career journey and growing skills and attributes that the organization and the industry are demanding.”
Nicole earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Webster University and a master’s degree in holistic health education from John F. Kennedy University. She also completed the Professional Coaching Course of the Coaches Training Institute.
