NORMANDY: LEAD TO LIBERATE

Choosing the Normandy Leadership Experience signals that your organization is ready to invest, both energetically and economically, in solving two quandaries: How to move through current, complex issues successfully and with integrity. How to ensure your leaders are competent and confident to face the next wave.

Reconnaissance

This Experience begins when you meet with John Regentin, FCCS Vice President of Experiential Leadership. Together, you’ll explore your organization’s current and emerging challenges and consider how the core Normandy Leadership Experience can be enhanced for your organization. Timing, investment, participation, and communication with decision makers will be discussed and resolved. 

Experience

The core Experience is an expert-guided walking journey along the D-Day beaches code-named Gold, Utah, and Omaha. Each day is a 7 to 9-mile trek with time for discussion, instruction, and reflection. Each beach becomes the backdrop for distinct lessons relevant to your critical leadership challenges.
