Accurately assessing executive performance can take a variety of forms. A commonly used tool for this is a 360° feedback instrument to collect a variety of perspectives from all the way around the executive – the Board, the CEO themselves, direct reports, and others who can add insight. FCCS will work with you to clarify your goals and design the right instrument. We will assure confidentiality, smooth administration and walk the board through a robust set of reporting.

Upon collection of the information, FCCS will work with the board or HR / Compensation Committee to design a robust feedback dialogue with the board and CEO.
