Brian Clanton is Executive Vice President & Chief Risk Officer of Risk Management & Insurance Services (RMIS) with FCCS, where he develops and implements strategy while leading the company’s risk management and insurance practice. He leads all Farm Credit System risk management and property and casualty insurance functions and serves as president of the Farm Credit System Association Captive Insurance Company.
Brian brings nearly 25 years of insurance industry experience to FCCS, including supporting both financial institutions and agribusinesses. He most recently served as senior vice president with Lockton Companies where he led the sales and operations functions, working on complex property and casualty solutions for large business owners. Prior to Lockton, he led operations at UNICO Group, a regional brokerage firm, where he developed underwriting guidelines, led claims processing, hired key personnel, and drove profitable growth for the organization. He also spent 10 years at State Farm Insurance where he was a commercial lines underwriting manager, leading 60+ employees across six states.
Brian earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Nebraska and a master’s degree in management, with honors, from Doane University. He holds CPCU, ARA, ACS and FLMI professional designations.

Lisa Parrinello is the Vice President of Risk Management and Insurance Services at FCCS, in which she works with Farm Credit System entities to identify and implement effective insurance solutions to minimize their business risks.
Lisa joined FCCS in 2017 and has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. This includes brokerage experience, account management, and placement of commercial and casualty insurance policies on behalf of clients. Her skills include preparing and producing underwriting specifications, negotiating terms and conditions, preparing policy contract wording, analyzing coverage specifications, preparing and evaluating policies, and reviewing contracts.
Lisa has her Master’s degree in Education and holds CIC and CLCS designations.
“My goal is to make my clients’ jobs as easy as possible, and have every interaction be positive and personal,” she says. “Insurance isn’t just a commodity, it’s a valuable part of business planning and can be critical to the bottom line. It may not be fun, but it can provide peace of mind.”
Naomi is the Vice President of Claims & Insurance Services for FCCS. In her current role, she oversees the property, casualty and professional Claims operations. Additionally, she supervises the Claims team and directly handles the higher value and litigated Claims for FCCS.
Naomi joined the Risk Management and Insurance Services Department of FCCS after working almost 10 years with CNA Insurance, primarily handling EPLI & D&O Claims.
Naomi sits on the Board for the Denver Chapter of the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance Board, serving as an Education Ambassador.
Naomi attended the University of Denver, focusing her studies on psychology and criminology, and has been working in insurance since her graduation. She has her AIC and CCP professional designations.
