Jean Cantey Segal serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Learning Officer at FCCS, where she leads the organization’s Learning & Consulting Services division and advises leaders across the Farm Credit System and agricultural industry on leadership, governance, strategy, and organizational performance. She brings more than 30 years of experience spanning corporate learning, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and financial services.
Jean holds a Certificate in Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School Online and a F.A.N.E. Certificate in Accounting and Finance from Columbia University. She is a certified Hogan Assessments practitioner, certified Social & Emotional Intelligence Coach and Trainer, and holds multiple certifications in leadership coaching and assessment tools.
Jean continues to invest in executive education focused on strategy, innovation, and organizational leadership through programs at the Wharton School.
