FCCS CEO Chad Moller Named a 2026 Colorado Titan 100 Honoree

Greenwood Village, CO — Chad Moller, Chief Executive Officer of FCCS, has been named a 2026 Colorado Titan 100 honoree — a prestigious recognition celebrating the top 100 CEOs and C-level executives in the state.

The Titan 100 program identifies Colorado's most accomplished business leaders based on criteria that include exceptional leadership, vision, and passion for their work and the people they serve. Together, this year's honorees and their organizations generate more than $20 billion in annual revenue and employ over 266,000 people across the region and beyond. Honorees will be profiled in a limited-edition Titan 100 publication and recognized at the annual awards ceremony on June 4th, 2026.

“This year’s Titans represent more than success; they embody resilience, purpose, and transformation,” said Jaime Zawmon, President of Titan CEO. “Being a Titan is not just a title; it is a mindset, a way of leading with courage, serving with integrity, and creating something that outlasts you.”

For Chad, this recognition is deeply rooted in both experience and purpose. He grew up on a family farm and ranch in South Dakota, where agriculture was not an abstract industry — it was a daily reality and his family's livelihood. That upbringing shaped his values early on and forged a lifelong connection to the agricultural community that FCCS exists to serve. He doesn't just understand the industry. He's lived it.

Chad joined FCCS nearly 14 years ago, serving first as CFO/COO before stepping into the CEO role six years ago. Under his leadership, FCCS has strengthened its strategic foundation, launched new insurance and risk management products, expanded professional development offerings, and built a culture where people are empowered to do their best work. He guided the organization through the global pandemic, using that moment not as a reason to pause, but as a catalyst for clarity, reinvention, and long-term strength.

FCCS serves as a trusted partner and resource to Farm Credit institutions, and other agricultural cooperatives, across the country, supporting the financial systems that sustain agriculture, strengthen rural economies, and protect the nation's food supply. Chad's leadership has ensured that FCCS remains forward-looking, values-driven, and trusted by the leaders it serves.

“This recognition is meaningful because it shines a light on the impactful work done at FCCS. We’re a small organization with a broad reach, and I hope this recognition helps tell the story of the role FCCS plays in the agricultural industry and the customers we serve.” — Chad Moller

Chad will be honored at the Titan 100 awards celebration on June 4th, 2026, to be held at The National Western Center. This elegant awards event will unite 100 Titans of Industry for an evening of celebration, camaraderie, and networking—an evening unlike any other within the Colorado business community.
