The Village: Empowering Growth. Cultivating Connection.

FCCS is proud to announce the launch of The Village, a groundbreaking women’s leadership initiative developed in collaboration with an advisory group of Farm Credit leaders. This innovative program aims to create a supportive professional community where women in the Farm Credit System can foster leadership, drive innovation, and achieve success.

The Village offers an environment that empowers women at every stage of their journey to connect, grow, and thrive. Whether you are early in your career or a seasoned leader looking to expand your influence, The Village provides tailored resources, training, and opportunities to support your aspirations.

Opportunities for Community Engagement

The Village is designed to nurture and celebrate growth through the following programs:

The Village officially launched in December with a live webinar featuring over 300 Farm Credit participants. The event offered insights into The Village’s purpose, along with actionable strategies to reflect on achievements and prepare for impactful performance reviews.

In its inaugural webinar, The Village focused on being present, leaning into our strengths and opportunities as we reviewed 2024 and planned for 2025, and beginning the journey of building our Village together.
