The Organizational Performance & Engagement Assessment (formerly the Farm Credit Employee Engagement Survey) reflects that commitment to cooperation, shared insight, and collective strength.

This initiative has evolved beyond a traditional employee engagement survey. It is now a System-wide organizational intelligence effort designed to help associations and banks better understand the workforce and organizational factors that influence performance, communication, leadership effectiveness, retention, and human capital risk. 

When organizations participate collectively, the value expands beyond any one institution.

  • Assessment Launch: May 19, 2026

Participation in the Organizational Performance & Engagement Assessment is available to all Farm Credit System Associations and Banks.

Participating organizations will receive:

  • A complimentary System-wide summary report 
  • Optional organization-specific reporting and analytics packages based on employee count 
  • Comparative insights informed by broader System participation

We request that your Farm Credit association participate in this survey to build a strong, complete data set that represents all cooperative employees. Your participation will allow you complimentary access to the survey results overview report.   • How much does this survey cost for my organization?

    Participation in the survey is free of charge to all Farm Credit institutions. All participating institutions will receive a complimentary report of the total results, and individual organization results will be available to purchase for a fee based on employee count.

  • Are the survey responses anonymous?

    Yes, all survey responses are anonymous. We are using a web-based software called Qualtrics to collect the responses. We do not have access to see who has responded or not. Any analytics that could tie back to an individual, we wouldn’t use and will not be shared at any time with anyone.

  • How long will the survey take to complete?

    This survey takes about 5-7 minutes to complete.

  • Who will receive a report with survey results?

    Associations who agree to participate in the System-Wide Survey will be provided with system results in the form of a report. If an association would like reporting on their specific results, they may purchase that option by selecting that add-on in the proposal FCCS sends for participation confirmation. Associations who do not participate in the survey will not receive any reports.

  • Angie will send you a contract to sign with details about the survey.
  • Have your Human Resource department complete the excel template sent to you after contract signature and forward it to Angie Coleman.
  • The assessment will launch on May 19, 2026 and close on June 30, 2026.
