Human capital is your organization's most important asset, arguably as important as your financial capital. Assessing this asset can be complicated. Understanding our human capital can be challenging to capture.
Individually, Farm Credit organizations take some kind of measurement of their human capital, commonly in the form of an Employee Engagement Survey. Many organizations utilize FCCS for these individual surveys. However, as of 2023, the Farm Credit System does not collectively gather, analyze, and distribute this data.
Utilizing our strong history of working on numerous System-wide, collaborative initiatives, FCCS is launching the third annual Farm Credit System Employee Engagement Survey.
Participation in the survey is free of charge to all associations.
All participating associations will receive a complimentary report of the total results, and individual association results will be available to purchase for a fee based on employee count.

With the second annual Farm Credit Employee Engagement Survey, FCCS is facilitating that step.
We request that your Farm Credit association participate in this survey to build a strong, complete data set that represents all cooperative employees. Your participation will allow you complimentary access to the survey results overview report. Participation in the survey is free of charge to all Farm Credit institutions. All participating institutions will receive a complimentary report of the total results, and individual organization results will be available to purchase for a fee based on employee count.
Yes, all survey responses are anonymous. We are using a web-based software called Qualtrics to collect the responses. We do not have access to see who has responded or not. Any analytics that could tie back to an individual, we wouldn’t use and will not be shared at any time with anyone.
This survey takes about 5-7 minutes to complete.
Associations who agree to participate in the System-Wide Survey will be provided with system results in the form of a report. If an association would like reporting on their specific results, they may purchase that option by selecting that add-on in the proposal FCCS sends for participation confirmation. Associations who do not participate in the survey will not receive any reports.
