Chris Peacock is Vice President of Digital Strategy and Collaboration for FCCS, where he serves as the nexus for the innovation conversation within Farm Credit. Through individual outreach and conversations at System and industry events, he builds and shares an understanding of the current state of Farm Credit’s digital transformation and identifies opportunities for organizations to build collaborations.

Prior to joining FCCS, Chris co-founded and was CEO of AQUAOSO Technologies, a water, land and loan portfolio intelligence company with multiple Farm Credit clients and whose products were developed in large part in collaboration with several Farm Credit organizations. Through his eight years of supporting Farm Credit, Chris built insight into the challenges and opportunities Farm Credit faces and how innovative solutions can be brought to bear. (AQUAOSO Technologies was acquired by Growers Edge Financial in 2024, and Chris was retained as their Chief Product and Strategy officer through the transition.) Before AQUAOSO, he was Vice President of Client Success and Strategic Accounts at FATHOM, a venture-backed water utility Software-as-a-Service startup.

Chris earned a bachelor’s degree in East Asian Religious Studies from Northern Arizona University, and an MBA in Global Management from the University of Phoenix. Chris volunteers as a mentor with Techstars and gener8tor, and serves on the boards of several technology companies. He publishes Peacock's Field Notes, a newsletter on climate, capital, and code in agricultural finance, and is a regular contributor to industry conversations on the topic.
