Nicole Brusewitz is Vice President of Leadership Development, Learning & Consulting Services at FCCS, where she helps leaders and organizations build the mindset and capabilities needed to navigate change and lead into the future.
At the heart of Nicole’s work is a simple belief: meaningful growth happens through intentional, well-designed experiences. She partners with cooperative leaders to translate strategy into action—designing leadership programs that don’t just inform, but truly shift how people think, lead, and perform.
Nicole brings more than 16 years of experience in the financial cooperative system, with a track record of building innovative, data-informed leadership and talent development strategies. Prior to FCCS, she served as Chief Engagement Officer at GoWest Credit Union Association, where she led enterprise-wide efforts to elevate leadership, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. She also held senior leadership roles at Mountain West Credit Union Association, driving the design and launch of forward-thinking development programs.
Known for her ability to connect big-picture strategy with practical application, Nicole creates learning environments that meet leaders where they are while challenging them to grow into what’s next. Her work is especially focused on helping leaders strengthen change agility, elevate team performance, and lead with greater clarity and intention.
Nicole holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in holistic health education. She is a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute, a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths Coach, and is certified in Crucial Conversations. She also served as an adjunct professor at John F. Kennedy University.
