FCCS 2025 Conferences Deliver Learning and Connection

System insight. Outside expertise. Peer networking. The FCCS 2025 conference series offers all this and more as we explore the timely theme of Empowering the Future: Innovate, Inspire, Impact with each of our audiences. This year’s lineup includes two new programs, the Digital Co:Lab and The Village Summit.

“We strive to continually enhance our conference programming to meet the needs of our Farm Credit clients, through content, speakers and networking opportunities,” says Paula Horwitz, Vice President of Event Management for FCCS. “This year, in addition to a refreshed look at speakers and content, we recognized new opportunities for bringing System participants together for shared learning and connection.”

The Digital Co:Lab is a collaborative think tank bringing together senior leaders for facilitated conversation and actionable solutions to today’s complicated challenges; The Village Summit fosters and supports women’s leadership and development within Farm Credit.

Through targeted keynote speakers and lively breakout sessions, each conference will explore how innovation can improve operations, the inspiration that energized teams, and the impact everyone can have on colleagues and their organization. This singular theme across all events gives participants from the same organization attending different events a common language and shared insights.

“The theme reflects FCCS’ commitment to prepare leaders not to just respond to change, but to lead it,” says Jean Cantey Segal, Chief Learning Officer for FCCS. “Conference participants will have opportunities to develop strategic foresight, grow emotional intelligence, develop an innovation mindset, foster inclusive leadership and inspire organizational transformation.”

To ensure each program’s content is relevant and impactful, FCCS carefully reviews previous participants’ feedback, and then works closely with active, volunteer Steering Committees of engaged, experienced System representatives. These dedicated committee members provide insight, develop session topics and secure insightful speakers.

“Committee members for each conference actively work in the functional or topical area of the conference they support, so they know first-hand the challenges, issues and opportunities being faced,” says Paula. “In developing each event’s program, our goal is for attendees to leave renewed and with actionable strategies to benefit their own professional growth and their organization’s success.”
