Jay Lux helps organizations understand, develop and maximize talent by building strategy, constructing succession, talent management and leadership development solutions, assessing and selecting senior leadership, leading change, maximizing team effectiveness, measuring cultural and maximizing engagement to improve results.
In addition, Jay facilitates the board evaluation process, board planning and strategy sessions, and facilitates the Premier and Advanced Governance Series for director development.
Jay helps organizations achieve measurable results and does so with the utmost value in mind, resulting in delighted clients and long-term partnerships. He believes that everyone should have the opportunity to work in a role that fits their personality, style, preferences and skills, and when this happens, the individual and the organization perform better.
Jay earned a bachelor’s degree in organizational communication and business from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire and a master’s degree in human resources development from the University of St. Thomas’s School of Education.
