Recognizing that no one knows more about our clients’ professional development needs than our clients themselves, FCCS has formed a new Client Advisory Committee focused on ensuring our catalog of leadership journeys and other programs remain highly relevant, effective and impactful.
“Just as our cooperative clients pay close attention to their members’ evolving needs, we’ve observed our clients growing and gaining sophistication, and we want to make sure we’re bringing the pinnacle of thought leadership to their businesses,” says Jay Lux, Vice President of Leadership and Organizational Development for FCCS.
The FCCS Client Advisory Board includes 11 members representing diverse geographies and a range of business sizes. The majority are CEOs of their organizations, with others holding senior positions, including two chief human resource leaders.
“We sought strategic thinkers facing representative challenges and who would challenge our perceptions,” says Jay. “Our job is to listen and learn where the future is leading them so we can develop targeted content ahead of the curve.”
The group will meet twice each year, with the first meeting held in August 2023.
