2025 Farm Credit Employee Engagement Survey: Strengthening Our Workforce Together

FCCS is pleased to announce the launch of the third annual Farm Credit Employee Engagement Survey, a vital initiative aimed at assessing and enhancing the engagement levels of employees across the Farm Credit System. Recognizing that human capital is as crucial as financial capital, this survey provides organizations with insights into employee sentiments, facilitating informed strategies for improvement.

Confidentiality and Efficiency: The survey is designed to be completed in approximately 5-7 minutes, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations. All responses are collected anonymously through the Qualtrics platform, guaranteeing confidentiality and encouraging candid feedback.

Insights from Previous Surveys: The 2024 survey revealed significant insights, such as a 14.8% decline in the overall Net Promoter Score, highlighting areas for improvement in employee loyalty and satisfaction. Additionally, the inclusion of burnout-related questions provided organizations with actionable data to address employee well-being effectively.
