Human capital is your organization's most important asset, arguably as important as your financial capital. Assessing this asset can be complicated. Understanding our human capital can be challenging to capture.
Individually, most Cooperative organizations take some kind of measurement of their human capital, commonly in the form of an Employee Engagement Survey. As of today, Ag Cooperatives do not collectively gather, analyze, and distribute this data.
Participation in the survey is free of charge to all cooperatives.
All participating organizations will receive a complimentary report of the total results, and individual organization results will be available to purchase for a fee based on employee count.
FCCS is prepared to facilitate a deeper understanding of human capital across the Cooperative space. We have a strong history of working on numerous collaborative initiatives within Cooperatives and are are excited to announce the launch of an industry inclusive Cooperative Employee Engagement Survey. This survey data is meant to supplement the individual surveys you are already conducting or act as your primary survey if your organization does not currently measure employee engagement.
FCCS will produce a report highlighting primary learnings from the Cooperative Employee Engagement Survey and publish results. All participating organizations will receive a complimentary report of the total results, and individual results will be available to purchase for a fee based on employee count.

We request that your Cooperative organization participate in this survey to build a strong, complete data set that represents all cooperative employees. Your participation will allow you complimentary access to the survey results overview report. Yes, all survey responses are anonymous. We are using a web-based software called Qualtrics to collect the responses. We do not have access to see who has responded or not. Any analytics that could tie back to an individual, we wouldn’t use and will not be shared at any time with anyone.
This survey takes less than 10 minutes to complete.
Cooperatives who agree to participate in the survey will be provided with system-wide results in the form of a report. If an organization would like reporting on their specific results, they may purchase that information though Angie Coleman. Associations who do not participate in the survey will not receive any reports.
